Our company designs Power Transformers, Autotransformers and Shunt reactors. We have deep knowledge and long-year experience on how to design optimal and reliable transformers.
Design work can be fulfilled in short terms.

New designed transformer will have the balance between weight of materials and losses and will correspond to the requirements of technical specification and to the standards.

SCOPE OF DESIGN WORK

Seeking of an optimal model of a transformer which will have minimum weight and losses and will satisfy to the requirements indicated in the specification.
Carrying out of all requested calculations as Electromagnetic, Insulation, Thermal, Mechanical, and Hydraulic. Detail list of calculations is presented here.
Development of manufacturing drawings of each part of a transformer.Development of 3-D model of a transformer.
Technical support during production and testing.

RESULTS OF DESIGN WORK

Set of manufacturing drawings (up to 500 pcs) including detail drawings of Magnet System, Core, Windings, Insulation, Active part, Leads, Tank, Cooling system and Outline drawing.
Detail 3-D model of a transformer.
Technological instructions of manufacturing and treatment of some parts of a transformer.
Set of calculation reports of all calculations carried out during transformer design.
